[TYPO3] Urgent help needed

Hey,

there is a program called "mysqlcheck" that comes with the mysql-server 
(no need to install it, it's already there), run it in a shell (on unix) 
  and it should fix the table.
Type in "man mysqlcheck" for information on how to use it in the command 
line.

Should be something like this:
   mysqlcheck -u [USERNAME] -p [DB_NAME] [TBL_NAME]
