[TYPO3] sr_feuser_register - generating empty index.php

Hi all.

I have installed sr_feuser_register on my new site. I have been 
installing it before to couple different sites and it worked. But last 
time when I configured it same way on the new site it is not working. 
The site with plugin inserted is not displaying. Typo3 is generating 
empty index.php on that site.

Where could be a problem? I will appreciate any suggestions.
