[TYPO3] Problems with ve_guestbook

hello,

I installed the ve_guestbook extension on typo3 4.0.1,
but I having problems with the FORM plugin:
- no records are created
- no error message
- no redirect to configured target page
you can see this here:

This is my configuration:
starting point: "Gästebuch" (normal page)
Recursion: infinite
mandatory fields: only Message

How can I debug this?
