[TYPO3] deinstalling extensions

Andreas,

thank you for answering.

I wouldn't think of this behavior as a feature. The normal way for me is
that an application should be deinstalled completely. Think e. g. of the
Windows registry or Linux/Unix. 

In the normal run this is probably not a big problem as nobody will
install/deinstall a lot of extensions.
