[TYPO3] cc_cbrowser

I tried to install this extension, following carefully the instruction
but:

1) or i get a double page instead of the page browsing meni at the
bottom (previous apge 1 page 2 and so on)
2) or i get nothing

so i have 2 questions:

a) where to put this instruction in setup template

page.50 < plugin.tx_cccbrowse_pi1

because maybe i put it in a wrong place


b) does anyone knows if cc_cbrowse works with realurl since i use it?
