[TYPO3] GIFBUILDER and Czech characters (ISO backend!)

I think that TYPO3 requires a font to use UTF8/Unicode internally so any 
string will be converted from renderCharset to UTF8 before passing on to 
the PHP font functions.

AFAIK not all fonts store the glpyhs as "Unicode". Try a different font.
