[TYPO3] new pagecontent creation problem

Hi List!

>From today, I'm unable to put new pagecontent (type text or text/w) element
on pages. The images section works, but the text section not. I'm using
typo 3.7.0.

Before this, I tried to make new extension with kickstarter, but in other
ceses this haven't any affect  with other typo 3.8.1 installations.

Can somebody help me, if possible urgent.
