[TYPO3] Extensions and GPL

Hehe.

My opinion is that as every TYPO3 extension has to use the TYPO3 API and is 
therefore a derived work must use a GPL-compatible linence.

Additionally it has to GPLed if you want to share the extension via TER, 
but that's just policy.
