[TYPO3] Conditions for individual content elements

Hi

Any ideas of making conditions for individual content
elements.

My client asked, if it could be possible
to hide a header, if list from tt_news
is empty. I don't have any idea to do that
for atbitrary content tt_news list content element.

Endeed it might help to define for
an individual content element, which has cetain id,
but that is extremely unreliable.
