[TYPO3] increasing imagmagick jpg compression

Hi,

is it possible to change the compression that imagemagick uses to 
convert jpg's?

i would like to set it to the equivalent of 80 in photoshop. because 
now it is something like 40

how do i do this? via typoscript in my template, or is it somewhere 
else?
