[TYPO3] Moving a site - change in font rendering

Sorry - but this isn't the problem. I've made a full copy including
localconf.php, so the dpi-setting is 96dpi as it was before.
To my best knowledge the difference must relate to some of the tools
responsible for the rendering - libgd, imageMagic or ???
