[TYPO3] Problem in Treesync with Typo3 3.8.1

Hi list,

I installed and performed all the settings of Treesync on both both live 
server and development server. Also created the page 'xml-rpcserver' on 
live server and defined its path in Remote URL in the Treesync settings 
as described in the documentation.
Still when I click on 'Start Export', it shows the following :-

RPC Authorization failed
Connection to host failed

Am I missing something?...Please provide some suggestion ASAP.
