[TYPO3] Installation problem with "extdeveval" extension

no. I use it in this combination. I would think about a correct
installation: look with shell, ftp or extmanager (file-view), wether the
files from the extension are correct. I suspect missing rights and
therefore some 0-Byte-files. 

try to remove (deinstall and delete the directory) and reinstall this
extension, maybe from an installation, which works correctly.
