[TYPO3] real url + javascript window.open

Hey

I've made an extension that opens a pop-up window with a flash-player. 
The player gives the viewer a chance to listen to some music.

When real-url is activated, the player doesn't show. De-activate 
real-url and the player comes back.

I use realurl v. 1.1.0

Anyone with a solution to this problem?
- a slight change in .htaccess
- a change in localhost.conf
- ?

If the solution demands that real-url must be de-activated for the 
pop-up window, it's okay. The address isn't visible anyway.

Any suggestion is welcome.
