[TYPO3] Typo3 and PHP CGI

Hey Walther,

these issues are pretty interesting for me as well since I have two atm quite
well running installations on managed servers that only allow cgi or fcgi... and
those are expected to attract more traffic in the near future - well that's
another thing as well:

I haven't eaccelerator managed to work on cgi nor with fcgi and am in doubt if
it eventually would; zend optimizier is a bit of help but actually can't compete.

However - before we get to much off topic: don't hesitate to contact me off-list
if you have more questions or hints on a cgi-based setup.
