[TYPO3] How to wrap a CSS Styled Contents content element?

What are you talking about - its not a bug at all....

The back to top works absolutely fine!

You asked how to wrap each content item, I told you to look towards the 
back to top link as a resource to see where the wrap for it gets 
applied. If you want to wrap each content item then you need to apply 
your wrap approximately in the same place as the back to top link is 
applied.

Please stop saying everything is a bug.
