[TYPO3] Installation problem with "extdeveval" extension

Hi,

I installed the "extdeveval" extension on a new Typo3 4.0.1 site and I 
have a errors messages in the installation status of this extenstion:


Code warnings: (developer-relevant)

Class filename "class.tx_extdeveval_fetchContentTopMenu.php" did NOT 
contain the class "tx_extdeveval_fetchContentTopMenu"!
No XCLASS inclusion code found in file 
"class.tx_extdeveval_fetchContentTopMenu.php"
No XCLASS inclusion code found in file "mod1/PEAR.php"	


Naming annoyances: (developer-relevant)	
classname	0	PEAR
                 1	PEAR_Error


When I click on the "ExtDevEval" item in the tool menu, there are no 
result in the left frame. :o(

Is there a problem between this extension and Typo3 4.0.1 ?
