[TYPO3] Where to send updates for sysextension translation

Hello list,

I've found a nasty and confusing translation mistake for sysextension
setup, that has been in Typo3 since at least 3.7 (as far as i can
know). This error is found in the User>Setup tool, when the language
is set to Dutch. When a user changes the password for the account he
is using, the password is updated but the message in dutch tells the
user that it is not. The password is however changed.

The label <label index="newPassword_ok"> should be changed in the NL
translation, which i have done now for a couple of installations.
However, this translation 'bug' confuses the user quite a bit so in my
opinion it should be changed. Where are updates of the locallang files
for this sysext to be sent to? How can these translations be updated
for Typo3, so that whenever anyone gets the dutch translations from
the repository for used plugins he gets the new version with the
correct translation?

Kind regards,
Wietse van Bruggen
