[TYPO3] Questions about taskcenter

Hi

Im making a typo3 demo site, so potential customers can get a feel of 
Typo3. But im experiencing that most users gets confused about how to do 
simple things.

Then I discoverd the taskcenter, where actions can be set up and 
labeled, so its more meaningful for the first time user.

But is actions all that the taskcenter can do, what about internal notes 
and so on?

Another question, I have created an action that allows a user to create 
a new page, but after creation a list appears with the button "set 
fields". This might confuse the user. Is there a workaround, so maybe 
the user can be directed to the page where new content is added?

Im using Typo3 version 4
