[TYPO3] My own Extension - selecting records about folders (Extend existing tables)

Hello,

i've been writen a nice extension to show some news in different 
layouts... but i will select news, without selectpoints (only select by 
id...)

Question:
is it possible to select some Records (from sysfolders) without a 
selectpoint.

Example:

Page "News1"
"My Plug-In - list view"

- selectbox with records from sysfolder 1 and 2 (example Record ID 4 and 8)

Page "News2"

"My Plug-In - list view"

- selectbox with records from sysfolder 3 and 2 (example record ID 2 and 8)
