[TYPO3] IFSUB second language bug?

Hello list,

I build a menu with an IFSUB condition, and i have two languages.
When i go to a default page which has subpages it's working all fine.
But when i go to the same page but than in the second language wich has 
no subpages, however it shows the subpage arrow.

Is this a bug or am i doing something wrong?

EXAMPLE:
default language - http://www.geodan.nl/nl/organisatie/ (Vacatures)
second language - http://www.geodan.com/en/organisation/ (Jobs)

So Vacatures and Jobs are the same pages. Please click now on Jobs and 
you will see it does not have any subpages, but Typo3 however thinks it has.
