[TYPO3] Changing stylesheet doesnt apply right away

Hi

Im experiencing when changing something in my stylesheet the changes 
doesnt apply right away. Im not sure its even a TYPO3 issue, but I dont 
recall having this problem working on a none TYPO3 website.

I have tried clearing cache, but the only thing that works is:
1. change the stylesheet
2. make a cop of coffee
3. refresh site

Thats a lot of coffee during the day.

Any ideas on what the problem might be?
