[TYPO3] No tutorials? Draft idea attached...

I would add [3] - work on the core, worry about main bugs, think about
Typo3 v5, discuss things with Kasper; 

I do think that there is a number of nice intros for [1], included
Kasper`s very nice videos. For [3], I guess you need to look at the
entire code and to attend typo3-dev daily (+meetings). Is there
something for level [2]? Here and there, however most often you have to
guess things from either extended reference (TSRef) or tutorial with
lenghty step-by-step instruction for end (admin-) user. 

Am I on the wrong track?
