[TYPO3] template extensions

Have you tried templa voila, then you can choose any template you like, and
map your content via point and click GUI, rather than having to add and edit
makrup code to your html templates. It also has the create site wizard which
takes about 2 minutes to create a site, and also allows youto create menus
on your site automtically

Are there any new pre-configured templates available ?
The templates in the repository are getting kind of
outdated.

So i was hoping maybe there are new template extensions
somewhere that are available for download. It would be
very helpful for those of us not familiar with typoscript,
and just need to get a site up quickly with a pre-configured
template.
