[TYPO3] Create and edit content tables in BE

Hi!
Some of my editors have serious problems with creating a table via the
table content element. Most of them create their tables with Word or
code one on their one (with dirty HTML).. I have activated the
anti-word-tag cleaning things of RTE, but that doesn't help much. Is
there an extension, that works with 4.0.2, creates w3c compliant tables
and is usuable even by dummies?

Any help appreciated..
