[TYPO3] Backend search box permissions

Guess what! If you click the "?" next to the search box as an Admin, it 
tells you:

"Only "Admin"-users can access the shortcut frame in TYPO3 by default. 
Other users must have it enabled by the User TSconfig option, 
"options.shortcutFrame = 1". See link below for details (Admins)."
