[TYPO3] default content on single view in tt_news

Hello TYPO3 friends and helpers,

I would like to display a record content depending on the chosen 
tt_news-category.
Example: If a user clicks on a item which is in the "inland" section, 
then the record from page 123 should be shown on top. (like a copyright 
thingy)
Any ideas?
(I was thinking about case, but it's really bad documentated...)
