[TYPO3] FE User registration URL too long - RealURL features?

I'm using the sr_feuser_registration Module. It's really great but:

The account confirmation URL-Links sent out in the confirmation Emails are
simply too long. They get broken up into lines by some email clients an
therefore not directly clickable

Has somone got a Solution? I'm using realURL disabling it for the Email-Link
would maybe help, but how?
