[TYPO3] upgrade 3.8.0 -> 4.0.2

[PEF]

I want to upgrade from 3.8.0 -> 4.0.2 but it results in a lot of 
mysql_fetch_row-warnings in the back-end:

- when accessing a page in Page-mode (line 801)
- when accessing a page in View-mode (line 801)
- when accessing a page in List-mode (line 814)

- when using DB check -> Record Statistics (line 801)
- when using DB check -> Database Relations (line 801)

When running a Compare check from the Install tool, it suggest creating 
these tables a.o.:
- tt_content
- tt_address
- fe_users

I have updated the reference index.

Anyone who knows what to be done?
