[TYPO3] News was gone during 3.8.1 to 4.0.2 upgrade!

That's must be it.  I didn't noticed the version of tt_news 2.2.24 we used
with 3.8.1 wasn't the latest version.  I grabbed 2.4.0.  News is up now. 
Whew.  Thanks much for the heads-up.
