[TYPO3] Indexed search options doesn't appair

I read it before, but documentation doesn't include any mention about 
static template including. Did you read my question? I asked about 
options on the page when i add plugin in the page. I'm doesn't see any 
options like CODE, Startpoint. Only Plugin combo box.
