[TYPO3] pulldown not working in form wizard?

Hi,

i have typo3 v4.0 installed, and it seems not possible to generate a 
pull down list from the form wizard, only a selector box.

is there any way to add this? or just a bug or something, because when 
i look in the documentation it does seem possible.
