[TYPO3] add more functionality to text editor in be

The rte reditor when adding text elements,images etc

My client has seen rte editors with a lot more functionality, he would like
to have functionality similar to this http://www.fckeditor.net/

is this possible?, sorry to not explain properly in the first place :-)

My first instinct is that the user would be able to style their content
independantly of css styling, which could get a bit messy

Which Version?
Default configuration setting?
What kind of functionality?
