Correct. Same error.

http://www.domain.com/
Cannot find configuration. This file is probably executed from the wrong 
location.

http://www.domain.com/typo3/install/index.php
localconf.php is not found!

File structure appears correct. Do you still get the 'localconf.php is
not found!' error?
