[TYPO3] Problems installing sr_feuser_register

Dear all,

Is there someone who could help in with a (probably stupid) thing that I
forgot/oversaw while installing the sr_feuser_register application.

I have followed conciously the steps described in the "Configuration"
section of the sr_feuser_register manual, but I only manage to throw the
following error (of course my provider doesn't know more - not even in the
server logs...) on my screen

Installation of the both the site that I'm working on and some other plugins
(including the "newloginbox", and "static_info_tables") worked without
problems...

I'm using Typo3 4.0.2, and have installed 2.5.1 of the sr_feuser_register
plugin.
