[TYPO3] user caption input for frontend uploads

is there an extension that allows a front-end user to upload an image and
provide a description (that is rendered adjacent to the image), so that the
user that uploaded the image is the only one that sends a description along
with it?

So far, I have not been able to find an extension that alows this -

foto_boek allows all fe users to edit a photo's description regardless of
who uploaded it, and only backend captions are possible with the
jm_gallery...
