Apparently I exceeded maximum simultanious DB-connection whilst using
pconnect(). The problem was solved by setting *[SYS][no_pconnect] = 1.

Is this something known? And is there some way to make sure connections
doesn't go over 15? The problem always occur when I (as sole user) work in
the BE. It's as if it just keep creating new db conns.
