[TYPO3] No RTE in T3 ver. 3.7.1

Hi!
Well i don't know about your problem, but i would suggest you to create 
a dev server and try to upgrade to 4.0.2 on that dev server. If you did 
not change core elements, then an update should be done within half an 
our. Most of your problems will be solved then i guess, and you can 
easily administrate the website with the newest updates, etc..

All you would have to do is explained in the mailinglist or on typo3.org.
