Optional - but recommended - webserver software extras:

     * ImageMagick (standalone)
     * GDlib/Freetype (compiled with PHP)
     * zlib (compiled with PHP)
     * Apache with mod_gzip/mod_rewrite
     * A PHP-cache (eg. PHP-accelerator / Zend Accelerator, UNIX only)
