[TYPO3] mailformplus

Hi,

I've read the documentation of extension mailformplus on www.typo3.org. 
This documentation is incomprehensible. There is no hint, what I have to 
do, If I try to install.

In many typo3 documentation I read how can you configure under version typo 
3.5 or typo3 2.0. Isn't there any initiative if anybody have configured 
f.e. this extension under version 4.0, he would write a very little 
example, and he would update the documentation?

In this case I have just one chance: I question again: What I have to do, 
if I try to configure this extension.
