[TYPO3] Install error detail !!

In your localconf.php file there should be a list that says 
$TYPO3_CONF_VARS["EXT"]["requiredExt"] = 'cms,lang';

Add ',sv' (without the quotes) to the end of this line, after 'lang'. 
The sv extension is already in the /typo3/sysext folder in the 3.8.1 source.
