[TYPO3] TS for navigation like in OOo manual on typo3.org

Hi guys,

I'm wondering if this is possible to navigate in tree pages like in the 
OOo part of typo3.org.
I mean
1
   1.1
   1.2
2
   2.1
   2.2

and navigation only with next and previous, but next of 1.2 is 2
Hope i'm clear.
