[TYPO3] page tree empty after upgrading

Hi heiner,

	1. go to install tools -> upgrade wizard to make the compatibility to 4.0
	2. go to install tool -> database -> compare and update all the table 
needed.
	3. go to backend -> Dbint -> update all the indexes.

	That should be it.
