[TYPO3] Typo3 4.0 Installation problem

Hi,
I just copied the index.php file from the typo3_src folder to the  
site folder (/cms in your case) after removing the index.php symbolic  
link.

(The symbolic link scheme used by Typo3 can invoke the Suexec  
security protection.)
