Hi all,
have had a go at creating a flash site with this little tool - www.flashblocks.com
Test Site - http://domain1064146.sites.streamlinedns.co.uk

Wondered if any use with typo3?
Maybe it could be used to add just some wow factor to a typo site.
Some peeps on the flashblocks forum have asked about integration with joomla, so i think it could be possible with typo3 aswell.
Maybe typo3 content could be sucked into flashblocks via xml?????

downside
F.Y.I. the data is stored in a text file for the flash site.
The blocks of content are fixed by the developer so the client can only add to the boxes, not add extra content blocks to a page.
It does take some routing around in the .fla to get the site as you want it, i.e. design-wise and functionality. It sont that bad unless you want some advanced functionality.
Although, questions are answered quickly on the forum, the documentation is crap, especially as the app. costs!

Basically, the flash app. is ok for a small brochure type site wanting the ability to update small elements.

See what you think......

regards,

Dave
