[TYPO3] advanced search

Hi all,
i need an advanced search facilitiy for a site where visitors can search the site preferably via a list of brands, categories and shops.
So, a visitor can either select a brand to search under, a category to search under or a shop to search under.
Imagine 3 dropdowns that a user can select a choice from to search under and/or keword box aswell.

Can anyone recommend anything suitable and is there enough documentation with the extention in question, etc.??
