[TYPO3] frontend editing

Hi list,

following the typo3.org's tip about frontend editing, I want to see the 
admin panel, so I did put in the TS record of the template:

config.admPanel = 1

I am logged in the BE as admin, but don't see any panel in the webpage.

What do I miss?
