[TYPO3] TCADefaults doesn't working with content wizard

HI,

when I create a page content with the content wizard (the Templavoila 
modified content wizard) my user TCADefaults like sys_language_uid 
doesn't working but starttime is working ???!!?

Why? Is it a TemplaVoila bug?
