[TYPO3] rte headers to images

Hi,

I configured headers 1 and 4 to be generated as images in lib.stdheader.10.1 
and lib.stdheader.10.4
This works fine when the text is typed in the headerfield in the backend, 
but it is generated as text when I set a piece of text to heading 1 or 
heading 4 with the rte

Some info on the versions used:
RTE: rtehtmlarea 1.4.1
TYPO3: 4.0

Any ideas how I can get this to work?
