strange.

If you put the content to your page  so, they should be work.

   # Content
   50 = COA
   50 {
      10 < styles.content.get
    }


I looked at your ts.
Two thing.

- I don't use this.: lib.language < plugin.tx_srlanguagemenu_pi1 

- the rows that you write us must be in the setup area and not the config.

config.linkVars = L
config.sys_language_uid = 0
config.language = de
config.locale_all = de_DE
config.htmlTag_langKey = de_DE
